At The Organic Basket, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables right to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select locations within [your service areas – update as needed]. You can check service availability by entering your PIN code during checkout or in the app.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the next day.

Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 11 AM.

Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, depending on your location and selected time slot.

3. Order Tracking

You can track your order status and estimated delivery time directly through our mobile app under the “My Orders” section.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery on all orders.

A nominal delivery charge of ₹30 applies to orders below ₹299

5. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable during the scheduled delivery:

Our delivery team will attempt to contact you via phone.

A second attempt may be made based on availability.

If delivery is still unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and refunds will be subject to our Return Policy.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, factors like weather, traffic, or high order volumes may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

7. Packaging and Handling

All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and hygiene. We use eco-friendly and food-safe packaging materials wherever possible.
